Uluru tours, grouped by the light they belong to

Sunrise, base walk, domes, canyon, dusk, night sky. Pick the hour that matters to you and we build the rest of the day outwards from it.

Tour types we plan

No timetables or prices are published here. What a day actually contains depends on the season, park conditions and how many nights you have, so we confirm the detail with you rather than guess it.

first light

Uluru sunrise tours

Early, cold and short-lived. Built around the viewing areas and a walk while the ground is still cool.

morning

Uluru base walk tours

The full circuit or a chosen section, always finished before the heat rather than started in it.

late light

Kata Tjuṯa tours

Domes and gorge walking an hour west of Uluṟu, with the drive placed in the flat part of the day.

dusk

Uluru sunset tours

Colour from the west, then a fast temperature drop. Bring a layer even after a hot day.

on the road

Kings Canyon and Red Centre tours

Watarrka rim country and the run between Uluṟu and Alice Springs, in either direction.

multi-day

Outback and multi-day tours

Two nights and upwards, where the extra night buys good light instead of highway. See the places involved →

What a tour page here will tell you

Overview and highlights, the walking involved, what’s included and what isn’t, pickup and departure information, duration, what to bring and the conditions to expect.

What you won’t find is a schedule or a price invented to fill a gap. Where a detail depends on the season or on park conditions, we say so and confirm it directly.
